Gerben started as a Sr Analyst at Chestnut Amsterdam in 2024.

Prior to Chestnut, he gained Corporate Finance experience at the PNO Group and Orchard Finance.

Gerben holds a MSc degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen, with specializations in Strategic Innovation Management and Small Business & Entrepreneurship. Before that he obtained a BSc in International Business, also in Groningen.

Outside of work, Gerben is passionate about sports, including soccer, running, swimming, and most recently, tennis. He also enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and relaxing on his boat.
