Bunzl is an international distribution and services company in the fields of retail, foodservice and cleaning & hygiene amongst others. It has operations across the Americas, Europe, Asia, the UK and Ireland.
Chestnut acted as sell-side advisor to the shareholders and management of Groveko on the sale to Bunzl.
